General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) of La Pépinière Terra’Terre

Article 1 – Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply without restriction or reservation to all sales concluded by La Pépinière Terra’Terre to buyers wishing to acquire the products offered for sale by the seller on the website of La Pépinière Terra’Terre.

Article 2 – Acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale

The purchase of products on the Terra’Terre Nursery website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Article 3 – Orders

The customer selects the products he wishes to order on the site, according to the following methods: choice of product, validation of the basket, validation of personal information and validation of payment.

Article 4 – Prices

The prices of our products are indicated in euros including all taxes (TTC). They are applicable at the time of purchase and are not subject to change during their display on the site, except in the case of manifest error.

Article 5 – Terms of payment

Payment for your purchases is made:

• For distance sales: by PayPal or bank transfer.
• For Click and Collect payments: cash or credit card.

Article 6 – Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated at the time of ordering. Delivery times are for information purposes only.

Article 7 – In-store pick-up (Click and Collect)

The customer can choose to pick up his order directly in store. In this case, they will be notified by email when their order is ready for pickup.

Article 8 – No right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods which, due to their nature, cannot be reshipped or are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly. Consequently, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the sale of La Pépinière Terra’Terre products.

Article 9 – Guarantees

The products supplied by La Pépinière Terra’Terre benefit from the full legal guarantee of conformity provided for by law.

Article 10 – Liability

The Terra’Terre Nursery is only responsible for the content of the pages it publishes.

Article 11 – Applicable law

These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law.
