About Vincent Bareyre and Terra’Terre
Welcome to Terra’Terre Nursery
My name is Vincent Bareyre. In 2021, I decided to move into the nursery world out of love for the environment. My path to this profession wasn’t straightforward. Coming from the machining industry, I started a career change into agriculture, because that’s where my true passion lies.
A change of direction
Born in 1990, I spent a decade in machining. However, I felt the need to do something more aligned with my values. In 2021, I decided to follow my heart and dive into the world of organic nurseries. This decision led me to rewarding internships in Creuse and Vendée, where I confirmed my interest in this profession.
Back to school
To deepen my knowledge, I went back to school in 2021 and earned an agricultural diploma. I also carried out a study focused on heritage fruit tree varieties, an experience that strengthened my career choice.
My environmental commitment
After my studies, I completed training in organic nursery production, learning sustainable farming techniques. These experiences confirmed my decision to dedicate my career to a healthier environment.
Terra’Terre: a dream come true
In 2022, I launched Terra’Terre. My nursery specializes in heritage fruit tree varieties and fruiting shrubs, all grown organically.
Why this choice?
My motivation is simple: to help create a greener world. I want to give everyone the chance to grow their own fruit and enjoy the benefits of a garden, while preserving biodiversity and our plant heritage.
