Parcel dimensions

Maximum length: 1.75 m. Maximum weight: 30 kg per parcel. Taller trees may be lightly pruned for shipping, with no impact on their growth.

Everything you need to know about shipping your trees

We ship during the dormant season, typically from November to March. This is the best time to plant and ensures excellent establishment of your trees.

DPD parcels are limited to 1.75 m in length. If your tree exceeds this size, we lightly prune it for transport. This does not affect the health of the tree — in fact, it often promotes better branching the following spring.

Delivery to islands may be subject to an additional charge. Please contact us before placing your order so we can check availability and provide you with an accurate quote.

Yes, up to 30 kg per parcel. We always optimise packaging to reduce your shipping costs. If your order requires multiple parcels, shipping fees apply per parcel.
